Creating Community

One of the most important things that we have talked about while in the education program is building classroom community. The atmosphere of the classroom can really make the difference between learning and not learning. When a child feels secure in their environment, they are more likely to get along with others and provide positve feedback to those who need it. When a child does not feel secure, their learning and communication skills can be hindered. This is vital if we want children to succeed in school and life.
